This project is a key project identified within Mid Ulster District Council’s (MUDC) Small Settlements Regeneration Plan that was recently approved via the Department for Communities (DfC) Covid-19 Recovery Small Settlements Regeneration Programme. The project and a general description of the works are as listed below. Project Locations; 1. Castledawson, is situated at Parkview, Castledawson, BT45 8BD. 2. Clady, is situated at Beechland Park and Beechland Drive, Clady. BT44 8NH. The project will seek to facilitate physical regeneration within Castledawson and Clady through: Castledawson, Parkview; • Development a Trim Trail/Path • Landscaping including associated street furniture provision • Car-Park refurbishment Clady, Beechland Park and Beechland Drive: • Beechland Park: • Provide new drainage of existing green space • Car-Park Refurbishment • Landscaping including associated street furniture provision • Beechland Drive: • Car-Park Refurbishment • Replacement Boundary fencing
