Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a framework agreement with a single provider for the provision of a leadership development programme aligned with its Business and People Strategy to enable Net Zero carbon emissions by 2040. Leadership capability is a key enabler of delivering our strategy. The ‘Leader as Coach – Leading by Example’ programme is intended to be a practical, action-learning-based programme focussed on bringing ESBs values and leadership behaviours to life.
