Framework for Painting of Void and Non-Domestic Properties

Tender description

North Ayrshire Council invites tenders for the provision of Framework Agreement for Painting and Decorating Works of Non-Domestic and Void Properties. NAC currently have a contract in place for this requirement which is due to expire on 31st January 2023 and therefore the requirement is being re-tendered. The resultant contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing 1st February 2023 until 31st January 2025 with the option to extend by up to 24 months until 31st January 2027. A maximum of 4 suppliers will be awarded a place on each lot. Places will be awarded to suppliers with the most economically advantageous responses. However, if a situation arises where bidders have the same final score, more than the maximum suppliers stated may be admitted to the framework. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Non-Domestic Properties North Ayrshire Council is currently inviting tenders from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Painting and Decorating Works within North Ayrshire. The Framework will be used primarily for works in non-domestic properties but will be open for use by other Service areas within the Council. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Domestic Void Properties North Ayrshire Council is currently inviting tenders from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Painting and Decorating Works within North Ayrshire. The Framework will be used primarily for works in domestic void properties but will be open for use by other Service areas within the Council.
