Tender description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for a suitable contractor to carry out minor alterations to the existing Modular Teaching Village in order to provide temporary office accommodation. The works comprise minor internal building fabric alterations (including removal of existing wudu facilities and supply and installation of new tea point facilities), supply and installation of a new student services reception hatch and M&E service alterations Scope of Requirement: The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest.
