The Cornwall college group - EX97BH - Renovation and change of use of an existing building from a biomass boiler training facility to a workshop, office and meeting area with accessible WC and secure storage.The works package will include changes to internal partitions, improvements to the building's energy efficiency and changes to the roof structure to include roof lights.A complete electrical rewire will be required with the addition of electric heating.
