Invitation to tender for the proposed construction of a single-storey community centre consisting of meeting room, changing rooms, toilets, shower areas, official’s room, storage rooms, kitchen, plant room and all associated site works at Moneygall Football Club, Moneygall, Birr, Co. Offaly [please note that this is a re-tender to the original e-tender advert ref; 222722]. For the purpose of tendering, it is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and moreover have such resources available to meet the pertinent handover dates. However, given the public nature of the funding, it is important to note that final approval thereof will ultimately be a prerequisite to proceeding with the subject works. Infection Control / COVID 19 - The PSCS / Contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
