Tender description

Essex County Council (ECC) is looking to procure a four-year framework agreement for construction services to replace the existing construction framework (ECF2) which expires in early 2024. The framework will provide design and construction services for education and other capital construction and major maintenance projects and will be available to other contracting authorities. This PIN is to notify potential bidders of two virtual market engagement sessions which are due to take place on Tuesday 25th April 2023 and will be delivered via Teams; see below details: Morning session: 10am (duration approx. 1 hour 30 minutes) Afternoon session: 1pm (duration approx 1 hour 30 minutes) The virtual sessions will cover the below details and will include an opportunity for potential bidders to ask any questions regarding the upcoming procurement: - ECC Introduction - ECF2 Background - ECF3 Expectation - Procurement Approach - Social Value - Carbon Reduction Plan - Next Steps - Q&A Please email molly.brown2@essex.gov.uk with the session you would like to attend along with your organisation name and key contact details; responses to this PIN must to be submitted by 18th April 2023.
