Munster Technological University (MTU) – Melbourn Building Deep Retrofit

Tender description

MTU require a Deep Retrofit of the Melbourn Building on MTU Cork Campus. The works include Roof upgrade works, recladding external walls with external insulation and architectural panels, window replacement. The works are being carried out on a live building which will be occupied for the duration of the project. Careful consideration will have to be given to scheduling of the works.
