Tender description
Scoil Iosaif Naofa Boy’s National school is located on the Maree Road in Oranmore in Co Galway, and consists of a number of buildings which were built between 1971 and 2015 as indicated on the Architects Drawings. The proposed mechanical upgrade works to the existing LPHW Space heating systems, shall consist of a complete new Natural Gas fired boiler house installation in the 1971 original main school boiler house, including the complete LPHW Space heating installations in the 1971 original main school building, including the 1987 and 2011 extensions, all as indicated on the drawings and as detailed below. The proposed electrical upgrade works to the existing electrical installations, shall consist of a complete new electrical installation in the 1971 original main school building, including the 1987 and 2011 extensions, consisting of electrical distribution, power distribution, normal and emergency lighting, communication services and protective services, including the upgrade of the existing normal and emergency lighting and fire alarm installations in the remaining 2015 single storey and 2 storey extension blocks, all as indicated on the drawings and as detailed below.
