Tender description

States Property Unit are responsible for the running and maintenance of 24 public conveniences positioned at various locations around the island. The public conveniences are heavily used and in order to ensure that they remain fit for use a rolling programme of refurbishment is in place. This project is seeking to refurbish 2 units after the Summer period of 2023, with a further 2 units early 2024. Contractors are invited to provide fixed price quotations to refurbish any number of the 2 units being offered in this tender (lot 1 & Lot 2). Contractors are expected to provide some economy of scale, depending on the of units being bid for.
