COV - Temporary Accommodation - Landlords (5 lots)

Tender description

The Council is seeking to increase the number of Temporary Accommodation units under contracted provision. This quote process is to seek to award Temporary Accommodation properties to up to 5 providers under 5 Lots. Each Lot will be let on the initial basis of 10 self-contained properties, with the option to review over the life of the contract to increase volume in line with demand. It is expected that the number of properties will not exceed 100 in total, across all awarded providers. Please note that due to the nature of this opportunity, this is not a regulated procurement activity and does not fall under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Concession Contract Regulations 2016 or EU Treaty procurement principles. The Council is using this process to obtain best value.
