Tender description

The site is an existing detached two storey stone built building located within the Village of Crossroads circa 6km East of Ballybofey Town. The area directly adjacent to the site is occupied with a number of disused outbuildings and a parish hall used by the community. Opposite the site exists a builders providers which is fully operational and a number of local businesses. There are no other known works planned within the vicinity of the site and building described when these works are proposed. The public road to the front of the building is the only access point available and the works include installation of a new foul effluent system.
