Tender description
The works consists of fire safety and emergency works and are necessary in order to bring the current premises up to an acceptable and safe standard. The works are generally summarised as follows; 1) Upgrading of internal doors and screens. 2) Fire compartmentation works and re-arrangement of all access and escapes routes. 3) All electrical upgrading works, lighting and fire alarm systems. 4) All related works to ceilings and other affected areas to be upgraded / re-constructed and made good.
