Convent House Day Care & Resource Centre invites tenders for building adaptation - the main objective of these building adaption works involves the following works:  Converting the existing toilet space for the service users into two separate unisex toilets which are adequate for ambulant disabled personal to use.  The construction of a suspended ceiling @ 2.4 metres high and installation of a radiator in the consultation room.  The removal of the wall nib directly outside the consultation room as shown on the associated construction drawing.  Total strip out of the existing staff toilet, replacement of sanitary ware and re tile the walls and floor.  Replacement of a window in the current Consultation Room from a timber frame construction to PVC double glazed aragon filled glazing.
