Tender description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires the external and internal refurbishment and alteration works to a detached property to convert into temporary assisted living accommodation. The property has been designed to promote independent living. The Works will include External Wall Insulation, extending existing roof, sprinkler system, electrical, new fascia soffits & RWG’s, new kitchen & bathrooms and general ancillary works of refurbishment in the Vale of Glamorgan (“the Works”).The Works will be in accordance with this Invitation to Tender and JCT Intermediate Works Building Contract 2016 (“the Agreement”).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119154.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
