The site is located within a heavily built up residential area of Caldicot, with some commercial properties located nearby. The site is situated within the housing estate accessed via Denny View from the B4245 (Calidcot ByPass) and will comprise of several small areas of work undertaken concurrently and consecutively within this area. Details of the locations of the works areas are noted within the attached drawings.The works include the clearance of existing vegetation, the removal of limited hard landscaping and associated play park equipment and the reinstatement of the areas with new soft and hard landscaping.
