This market sounding exercise is being conducted by Fingal County Council (FCC) to seek market feedback in order to understand the procurement, delivery and financial models that the supply market can support in the delivery of mixed tenure housing (affordable purchase, cost rental and social housing) at Church Fields, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
