Merthyr Valley Homes (MVH) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to complete EWI rendering works to 56 properties at Forsythia Close, Gurnos, Merthyr Tydfil.Tenderers will be required to survey the contract area and submit pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending pricing documentation or not.The successful tenderer will be expected to deliver the works as an extension of MVH and take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of the worksNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119222.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
