Mini Competition Rise Framework Agreement - Group 8 Employers Agent For the provision of: A Consultant to act as the Employers Agent for Phase 1 of GMFRS Estate Rebuilding Programme Contract Ref: 402A Lot 1: Greater Manchester Combined Authority were seeking to employ a consultant, with experience in the Fire Sector to act as their Employers Agent for Phase 1 of an Estate Rebuilding Programme described above. The selected Consultant will have recent, up to date experience of undertaking a similar role with considerable experience of delivering operational fire stations and with zero carbon emissions. GMFRS would seek to combine the lessons learned from these experiences with an excellent familiarity of fire service operations to allow the seamless delivery of the Estate Rebuilding Programme.
