T1-6551 - Origin Housing Responsive Repairs and Voids

Tender description

The delivery of responsive repairs, void refurbishment works and planned refurbishment works to properties owned and managed by Origin Housing. Lot 1: The full scope of the procurement will be defined during an options appraisal, however it is anticipated that works will include day to day responsive repairs, void refurbishment works and planned refurbishment works, although the latter is still to be be confirmed. The detail with regard to the delivery model, including consideration of division into Lots and the duration of the new arrangement/s, is yet to be defined. Additional information: The estimated contract value detailed in II.1.5 is based upon the current arrangements and reflects an estimated annual value of circa GBP 5,000,000.00 - GBP 6,000,000.00.
