Rendering Works - Haydn Terrace, Merthyr Tydfil

MVH is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced rendering contractor to complete rendering works to 2 blocks of 6 flats, 107 & 108 Haydn Terrace, Merthyr Tydfil. Bidders will be required to survey the contract area and submit pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending pricing documentation or not.MVH is ideally seeking to appoint a contractor that has good knowledge of the local area and building types, and is able to act as a partner to MVH in ensuring the works are completed on time and to a high standard.Specification documents have been included at Appendix A. Bidders should note that whilst an acceptable render system has been nominated, bidders may also submit costs to install an alternative system provided the nominated system is also priced, and the bidder is able to demonstrate any alternative is of equal or higher quality.The successful bidder(s) will be expected to deliver the works as an extension of MVH and take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of the works.
