West Lothian Council award a professional and capable term measured contractor the carrying out of the installation, repair and replacement of ventilation systems, as and when instructed, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Contract and Contract Documents. The amount of work/Orders instructed shall vary throughout the duration of the Contract. The properties comprise non-housing properties i.e. education, leisure and miscellaneous properties which are under the ownership or care of West Lothian Council Properties can include schools, community centres and other similar properties West Lothian Council award a professional and capable term measured contractor for the carrying out of Installations and Repairs to Ventilations Systems in non-housing properties located within the geographical area of West Lothian. There will also be a requirement to provide an emergency call out service, including outwith normal working hours, for the duration of the contract, to attend and rectify faulty Ventilation Systems & Equipment The timescale for carrying out this work will be detailed on the Works Order based on the priorities outlined in the Contract Particulars. The contractor will be required to use WLC's Concerto Property Asset Management System
