Tender description

The Kent County Council's (the Contracting Authority) Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a Principle Contractor via the Principal Contractors Framework Lot 1 to provide Services for RIBA Stages 5 - 6. As a single stage tender, the successful contractor will first be appointed under a JCT MW CD 2016 Contract. The project is to deliver: - Internal alterations, refurbishment and conversion of the Flete Unit from a mental health residential facility to a new sexual health clinic . The design has been worked up to RIBA Stage 4.
