Refurbishment/Conservation works to East wing of admissions building on ground floor & first floor levels to include partial replacement/repair of first floor roof to South elevation, selected stone pointing, phased window replacement, installation of new passenger lift, alterations to existing internal layouts & replacement/upgrade of existing external escape stairs, additional car park spaces, upgrade works to comply with Fire Cert requirements together with ancillary and associated works at St Brigids Hospital, Creagh, Ballinasloe, Co Galway on behalf of HSE West.
