The services required include: General Building Carpentry Painting Flooring Glazing Electrical / Electrical control Plumbing Boiler maintenance Additional information on the required services can be found on Appendix 1 of the RFT documents: Requirements and Specifications. Note that the Contracting Authority is looking to establish a Single Supplier contract for all the Responsive/Reactive Maintenance categories required in Appendix 1.
