Arranmore Shore Project - Amenity and Performance Space

Tender description

Donegal County Council proposes to develop an amenity and performance space on lands at Leabgarrow, Arranmore, Co. Donegal which will comprise of three distinct elements; 1. Performance Space 2. Playground 3. Car Park The scheme was initiated by Comharchumann Oileán Árainn Mhór Teo, who wished to develop lands owned by themselves at Leagbarrow, Arranmore. It was envisaged that the scenic site, with its natural contours and its location adjacent to the beach, could be developed into a first class public amenity space. McMullin Associates Architects were then appointed by Comharchumann Oileán Árainn Mhór Teo to firstly gain planning permission, and subsequently to complete detailed design and tender documentation. These stages have now been completed and the work package is now being progressed by Donegal County Council. As a result, Donegal County Council invites tenders from competent and experienced firms with experience in the delivery of infrastructural public realm projects to provide construction services for the construction of the proposed Arranmore Shore Project - Amenity and Performance Space at Leabgarrow, Arranmore, Co. Donegal.
