This PIN is to inform operators that BSO, Procurement and Logistics Service PaLS, intends to issue a tender for Transportation of Passengers by saloon vehicle and Transportation of Documents, Equipment, Blood, Specimens and Pharmacy items on behalf of Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT) and Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service (NIBTS) Clients.
