Design & Construction of New Pedestrian Bridge & Alterations to Existing Decking and Kitchen Areas at Horizon Scotland Enterprise Park, Forres

The works comprise installation of a new pedestrian bridge, to an area of Horizon Scotland at Enterprise Park, Forres. Alteration works will also be required for reconfiguration of the existing kitchen area as well as the external decking area, where the new pedestrian bridge is to be located. Highlands and Islands Enterprise are planning to undertake alteration works, which will include installation of a new pedestrian bridge, to an area of Horizon Scotland at Enterprise Park, Forres. Alteration works will also be required for reconfiguration of the existing kitchen area as well as the external decking area, where the new pedestrian bridge is to be located. The purpose of this commission is to undertake all construction works associated with the works, in line with the Drawings and Tender Construction Notes. The budget currently available to deliver these services is between 60,000GBP and 85,000GBP (excluding VAT) over 3 months.
