South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework (SEWSCAP)

Tender description

This Prior Information Notice is to gain expressions of interest from contractors for a South East and Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework (SEWSCAP4) Lot 1: South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework, which is a collaborative arrangement between 16 Local Authorities and broken down into 11 lots by project value and region. Within scope is refurbishment, heritage, new build and single site projects, or groups of sites, including groups involving more than one authority and modular buildings including hire and purchase of demountable. The current framework is due expire in June 2024. Please note the Council offer no guarantee that the existing structure of the Framework will be the structure adopted for the proposed future framework. It is anticipated that the tender for the appointment of Contractors to the Framework will be advertised as a contract notice in March 2023. The Authority anticipates to hold a virtual market day in February 2023, whereby the proposed structure of the future Framework will be displayed and feedback from the market welcomed.
