Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South wishes to invite Tenders for two multi-year Frameworks. Lot 1: General Maintenance and Builders works Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South wishes to invite Tenders for two multi-year Frameworks. The Haberdashers' Academies Trust South ("the Trust") is intending to invited Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") to be part of the Trust Multi-Year Framework (Framework Agreement) for the provision of Lot 1 - general maintenance and builders works ; Lot 2 - mechanical and electrical works at all the Trust's primary and secondary schools. The Frameworks will cover all the schools and academies that form part of the Trust, these include: •Primaries: •Crayford Primary, Iron Mill Lane, Crayford, Kent DA1 4RS •Slade Green Primary, Chrome Road, Slade Green, Erith, Kent DA8 2EL •Hatcham Primary, Hunsdon Road, London, SE14 5RD •Hatcham Free School, 135 Pepys Rd, London SE14 5SF •Knights Primary, Ballamore Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 5LW Secondaries: •Borough Academy, 94 B Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0EX •Crayford Academy, Iron Mill Lane, Crayford, Kent DA1 4RS •Hatcham College - Pepys Site, 135 Pepys Rd, London SE14 5SF •Hatcham College - Jerningham Site, Jerningham Rd, New Cross, London SE14 5NY •Knights Academy, Launcelot Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 5EB Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South will be the Contracting Authority. The intention is to appoint up to three contractors per Lot. However, the Trust reserves the right to only appoint one contractor per Lot. The framework term will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 year at the discretion of the Trust, subject to satisfactory performance.
