Tender description

The Council is tendering a contract for a principal contractor to undertake accessibility works at: Brookfields Specialist SEN School, Sage Road, Reading RG31 6SW. The works comprise of the following: o Extension of existing building to include WC facilities o Internal alterations to reconfigure spaces o Replacement of doors and adaptation of door openings *This is the selection stage of a 2 stage tender process* Bidders must ONLY complete and submit the SQPAS91 document for the first stage of the procurement process. Bidders who are successful at the selection stage will be invited to tender for the contract. Please note the ITT documents have been included but are for reference ONLY and should not be submitted during the selection stage.
