Provision of General Building Works

ateb are seeking to appoint a single experienced principal contractor, who has specific experience in all general building works, to deliver planned maintenance to ateb housing stock throughout West Wales. There is not defined amount of works and all amounts suggested are indicative and not guaranteed. For the purposes of all envelope, balcony & walkway repairs and other works when required within and around ateb properties the successful contractor will follow. It is the intention of ateb to appoint a single contractor to undertake this requirement.
