The Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South (“the Trust”) is intending to invited Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“Potential Suppliers”) to be part of the Trust Multi-Year Framework (Framework Agreement) for the provision of Lot 1 - general maintenance and builders works ; Lot 2 – mechanical and electrical works at all the Trust’s primary and secondary schools. Lot 1: Maintenance and Builders works The Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South (“the Trust”) is intending to invited Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“Potential Suppliers”) to be part of the Trust Multi-Year Framework (Framework Agreement) for the provision of Lot 1 - general maintenance and builders works ; Lot 2 – mechanical and electrical works at all the Trust’s primary and secondary schools. This procurement will follow the OPEN PROCEDURE under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. This procurement is being set up utilising the structure of a framework agreement in accordance with regulation 27 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Services under this Framework will include providing a full range of construction and mechanical & electrical maintenance related works at all their schools and academies. Please note: The Trust requires a direct relationship with each local media supplier. This opportunity is divided into two lots. Lot 1 - General Maintenance and Builders works Lot 2 - Mechanical and Electrical works The term of the Framework will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 year at the discretion of the Trust, subject to satisfactory performance. Potential Suppliers should note that this is a non-exclusive Framework and that no guarantee can be given with regard to the volume or value of work.
