<p>In order to allow procurement of trades and contractors necessary to deliver One Horton Heath as well as to allow procurement in relation to other Council operations and projects, the Council intends to establish a series of Dynamic Purchasing Systems - a procurement tool established to purchase commonly used goods, works or services and which draws on a pool of pre-qualified contractors.
