Additional Accommodation and Associated Site Works at Scoil Ui Riada, Brayton Road, Kilcock, Co. Kildare. The development will comprise the construction of a new 753m² detached single-storey building to include; 1nr entrance lobby, 7nr general classrooms with ensuite, 3nr SET rooms, 2nr staff wc’s and 1nr assisted user WC facilities, electrical/data room. Site works will include thirteen additional car parking spaces, one disabled access parking space, and additional bicycle parking together with associated landscaping, drainage, and all associated site work to include a 3m wide path, lighting and new gate entrance to the north at Brayton Park estate
