- Removal of old pitch and stone base - Installation of new drainage system, stone layers, kerbs and synthetic turf pitch with shockpad - Installation of new fencing to perimeter and double-leaf gate - Installation of 3m high netting above fencing bringing total height to 6m - Installation of new floodlighting system Lot 1: 1 Prelims Site set up for pitch size 18m x 30m – 540m2 2 Strip existing carpet and stone layers and dispose off site. 3 Compact and grade subsoil with laser controlled grader 4 Construct collector drain with 150mm pipe and infill drain after with stone backfill (Along north of all weather pitch) 5 Construct manholes for pitch drainage 6 Connect drain to outlet to existing storm water sewer on site 7 Construct 80mm pitch drains at 7m centres and infill with clean stone 8 Supply and install 150 by 50 kerbs around pitch 9 Import and spread layer of 150mm approx of 75mm stone 10 Laser grade and compact 150mm stone layer 11 Import and spread 90 mm approx layer of 20mm clean stone 12 Laser grade and compact above 90mm stone layer 13 Supply and spread 30mm of 4-6mm blinding layer 14 Laser grade and compact 30mm blinding layer 15 Supply and install synthetic turf and shockpad system to FIFA, GAA & World Rugby Standards 16.Supply and install 3.0m high sports fencing to pitch with 3m high netting above, bringing total fencing height to 6m 17Supply and install double leaf gate with single leaf opening for pedestrian access 18 Supply and install 200 Lux floodlighting system
