Penrith Leisure Centre Refurbishment of Fitness Suite & Replacement of Fitness Equipment

Tender description

Eden District Council is seeking bids from contractors to design a fitness suite installation which will provide equipment to serve the wide range of users who currently use the facility and also attract new users to the site. You are invited to submit a tender for:- a) Provide a credit value for equipment to be removed / traded in from the current Fitness suite as per Schedule 3 (a). b) Providing a design of the Fitness suite including equipment layout with increased functionality suitable for the wide range of users of the facility, this to include loose equipment such as Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle bells stretch mats Etc. c) The equipment shall be the most up to date commercial equipment with full connectivity where available. d) Design and cost option for new decoration / mirrors throughout the facility. e) Providing a design and cost option for supply & installation of appropriate floor coverings for all areas including specific floor coverings for High impact / load areas, f) Providing a design and cost option for supply & installation of new electrical supplies where required g) Providing a design and cost option for data supply to machines as required. h) Provision of options for innovative equipment that may be unique to the tenderer. i) Details of all equipment and materials warranties. j) Detail and cost for service including call out times Etc. k) Staff Training package
