Tender description

Kildare County Council wishes to establish Multi-Party Framework Agreements for Property Valuation and Professional Advisory Services in two lots. Lot 1: General property valuation and professional advisory services on behalf of the contracting authority including but not limited to: - Purchase of new and second hand housing units - Disposal of land - Purchase of land or sites - Compulsary purchase of land or housing units - Valuation of vacant sites - Valuation of derelict sites - Preparatiion or grazing agreements or other agreements associated with the management of land in the ownership or control/care of Kildare County Council -Preparation of reports on the market prices of housing units throughout County Kildare Lot 2: - The provision of valuation and property advisory services relating to Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) - Valuation of land and other related property associated with public works - Evaluation of claims for compensation on behalf of the Contracting Authority with reference to the law relating to compulsory purchase and acquisition of consents by local authorities in Ireland - Preparation of estimates of compensation payable by the Contracting Authority in respect to land and other properties with reference to the law relating to compulsory purchase by local authorities in Ireland - Advising the Contracting Authority on accommodation works and all matters relating to property acquisition - Evaluation of effects of construction schemes - Advising the Contracting Authority on proposed settlements with persons entitled to compensation in respect of compulsory purchase or in relation to construction schemes - Negotiating settlements on behalf of the Contracting Authority with property owners and their advisors - Preparation for and attendance at property arbitrations on behalf of the Contracting Authority - Negotiating wayleaves, rights of way, liens or other rights on property
