Tender description

The project consists of the delivery of single room accommodation via conversion of the existing first floor Outpatients Department at Portiuncula University Hospital, forming part of the Saolta University Healthcare Group. The site is located within the Portiuncula University Hospital grounds and is to be accessed via the Main Entrance on Brackernagh (R446). The existing areas of the building will remain operational during the construction works, which includes the Accident & Emergency Department at Ground Floor Level and all associated external areas required for operation of the Department
