This ITT is issued under WPA Framework Agreement Ref. Housing Construction South and Mid Wales (HCSWa) – Traditional (Medium 16-49 units). The requirement the Council has relates to the Demolition of the Existing Building and Construction of 41 older person flats and a community centre at the existing Canton Community Centre, Cardiff. Lot 1: The construction of 41 older persons flats and a community centre under a JCT Design and Build Contract with Amendments at the existing Canton Community Centre. The scheme consists of 39 x 1 bed flats, 2 x 2 bed flats, communal facilities, a new community centre and relocated MUGA together with associated car parking, communal garden and access road. All the properties will be built to Welsh Government DQR standards for use as Council rented accommodation.
