Estimate cost is between EUR 320k and 380k Construction works comprising but not limited to; installations and fitting new non fire rated & fire rated stud partitions, glazed partitions, associated doors and joinery installations, tape & joint and decorating all walls, - acoustic panels to selected walls, suspended acoustic panels from existing ceiling, laying new floor coverings throughout, tiles to new accessible WC & WC and joinery to reception / canteen areas. Mechanical and Electrical works comprising; alterations to the existing CAT A MEP installations to suit the new layout configuration, new WC’s, plumbing and waste services to the new tea-station, altering the existing general lighting and new general / task lighting, new power and ICT cabling, new HVAC installations, alterations to existing life safety systems to suit the new layout, and test and commissioning of all installations.
