Tender description

Provision of two sets of training is requested: Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers - which will provide managers with an awareness of how mental ill health can present in people, how to have supportive conversations and how to help support someone with mental ill health in the workplace. Mental Health Training for Wellbeing Champions - will provide more in depth training to volunteer employees who wish to be able to help support their colleagues in the workplace and signpost to relevant professional agencies. Wellbeing Champions will also promote activities and information to encourage good mental health.
