Tender description
Dublin City Council Housing Maintenance Section administers the maintenance and refurbishment of the council’s residential stock of approximately 26,000 properties. The city is divided into 11 Housing Areas: Ballymun-Finglas, Artane-Whitehall, Donaghmede, Clontarf, Cabra-Glasnevin, North Inner City, South West Inner City, South East Inner City, Ballyfermot-Drimnagh, Kimmage-Rathmines, Pembroke It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city-wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract (PW-CF 11) and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section as follows: Lot 1 - Ballymun-Finglas Lot 2 - Artane-Whitehall Lot 3 - Donaghmede Lot 4 - Clontarf Lot 5 - Cabra-Glasnevin Lot 6 - North Inner City Lot 7 - South West Inner City Lot 8 - South East Inner City Lot 9 - Ballyfermot-Drimnagh Lot 10 - Kimmage-Rathmines Lot 11 - Pembroke Lot 12 - Citywide Please refer to the Outline Project Brief and DCC - Lot Area Map attached to this suite of documents for more detail. The frameworks will be established for a period of 24 months each. The maximum estimated value of the works over the lifetime of each of the frameworks will be €4 million (ex VAT). Lot 237130: Ballymun-Finglas Lot No. 1 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238095: Artane Whitehall Lot No. 2 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238096: Donaghmede Lot No. 3 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238097: Clontarf Lot No. 4 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238098: Cabra-Glasnevin Lot No. 5 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238099: North Inner City Lot No. 6 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238100: South West Inner City Lot No. 7 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238101: South East Inner City Lot No. 8 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238104: Ballyfermot-Drimnagh Lot No. 9 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238105: Kimmage-Rathmines Lot No. 10 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238106: Pembroke Lot No 11 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section. Lot 238107: Citywide Lot No. 12 It is now intended to establish twelve (12) frameworks agreements for each of the eleven (11) housing areas plus one (1) city wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Section.
