Tender description
ComReg regularly monitors the financial health and performance of industry players in the ECS sector as an indicator providing insight into how the sector is performing and how it may evolve over the coming years. ComReg is seeking a third-party (“Service Provider”) to produce a report on the financial performance of a number of telecommunications operators in Ireland and assess a number of structural issues in the sector.
