Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the performance of the following contract: Design and Build Parc Eirias Stadium Development, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the performance of the following contract: Design and Build Parc Eirias Stadium Development, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay The tender process will follow 2 stages as described below: -The 1st stage of the tender process aims to select a Contractor as the preferred bidder with whom to move into the 2nd stage process -The 2nd Stage will commence once the preferred bidder from the 1st Stage has been identified. -The chosen contractor will then be responsible for the design development through to completion (subject to Client funding).
