Tender description

Vegetation & debris clearance, removal of the redundant pipe fixed to the bridge, encasement of the bridge structure in specialist scaffolding with wrap, removal of the remaining paint finish, repairs to the bridge ironwork including jacking to facilitate replacement of bearings, application of anti-corrosion paint finish, repairs to the stone abutments and to the roof of the North abutment, repairs to the North gate and replacement of the South gate; all works to be carried out on a Protected Structure. Works involve specialist scaffolding & enclosure of the bridge, specialist paintwork, metalwork & stonework repairs.
