Tender description
UCC hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EEC (open procedure) to complete Mechanical & Electrical Installations works to Laboratory G14 of Kane Science Building in UCC Main Campus and to establish a multi supplier framework for each lot as follows • Lot 1 Mechanical Installation for Works at University College Cork • Lot 2 Electrical Installations for Works at University College Cork The initial contract comprises Mechanical and Electrical installations to UCC Chemistry Department to renovate Laboratory G14 in the Kane Science Building to facilitate real-time broadcasting and recording of science experiments which will enhance their Visual Learning Education (VLE) implementation. Lot 1: Lot 1 Mechanical Installation for Works at University College Cork Refer to Tender Information Memorandum This tender was used to create a Framework , The successful framework participants are • Architectural Steel and Mechanical Services Ltd • Charles McCarthy Plumbing Ltd • H. A. O’Neill Ltd trading as Jones Engineering • Industrial and Commercial Mechanical Services Ltd • Sista Ltd t/a Mechanical and Building Services • WM. Black & Sons (Contracting) Ltd Lot 2: Lot 2 Electrical Installations for Works at University College Cork Refer to Tender Information Memorandum This tender was used to create a Framework , The successful framework participants are • Denis O’Neill Electrical Services Ltd • IFES Electrical Services, • Kiernan Engineering • KPR Electrical Limited • Sean Ahern Ltd.
