CST023 - Provision of a Leadership Development Programme

Tender description

Derbyshire County Council requires a provider with a proven, excellent track record of developing and delivering leadership programmes for organisations of a similar size and complexity. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver a bespoke leadership development programme for all leaders (those with line management responsibility) within the Council, this equates to approximately 1500 employees. The appropriate elements of the programme could be delivered to senior employees without line management responsibility who work and lead on wide reaching projects and activities, and influence and network internally and externally. This equates to approximately 350 employees. The pricing schedules should include an outline of costs for this option. We are seeking a provider who can deliver the programme outcomes and content in line with the specification detailed below and within the required time. The contract period will be for up to three years, subject to budget approval for years 2 and 3. The successful provider must have the resources and capacity to have completed the design stage and commence delivery as per the timeline submitted in part 4 programme proposal.
