Tender description

Conversion of 8 closed care home flatlets into 5 one - bedroom retirement apartments within an existing retirement development. Bield Housing & Care wishes to engage a multi trade contractor to carry out internal conversion works to the former Care Home area within Carntyne Gardens Retirement Development from an existing layout of 8 flatlets to 5 one bedroom apartments. Bield Housing & Care is a Registered Social Landlord with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow & Dundee. Bidders should ideally be able to evidence experience within the Scottish Registered Social Landlord Sector. The Contract period is 18 weeks with a site start TBC in February 2023.
