Proposed extension to 11 Eastcroft, Blagdon (451-AHL) - AWARD

Tender description

The scope of the works comprises the construction of an extension on the south side of the house to provide an accessible bedroom and wet room. The works will also involve works to the existing kitchen which is to be replaced separately, dining room as well as external works to construct a retaining wall and steps. A new accessible footpath is to be provided to give access to the front entrance. The works are to be funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant from North Somerset Council for the benefit of a disabled child. The works are all shown and described in the Specification and the Drawings. Tender submissions MUST be received no later than midday on Thursday 21st October 2021.
